Research Progress in Phase Change Cold⁃storage Materials in Cold Chain Logistics

Abstract

Abstract:

This paper reviewed the research progress in phase change cold-storage materials in cold chain logistics and also introduced the development situation of cold chain logistics in China. Furthermore， the research progress in the phase change cold storage materials at home and abroad in the aspects of composition， method preparation， cold storage performance and application effect were summarized. Moreover， the performance comparison of various storage and transportation equipments before and after combining with phase change cold-storage materials in the process of cold chain logistics was summarized. The applications and development prospect of phase change cold-storage materials in cold chain logistics were prospected.
