Abstract: In this paper, a threedimensional mathematical model was formulated for plastic parts of automobile stereo using UG10.0. The gate location was simulated through Moldflow plastics insight 2014, and the optimal gate location was determined. The flow，cooling, and warpage were simulated，and the processing parameters were optimized. For four process parameters, melt flow rate, mold temperature，holding pressure，and dwell time interval, an threelevel orthogonal experimental was carried out and the optimal combination of the parameters was determined.
