Synthesis and Properties of A Compatibilizer for Composite Bone Repair Materials

摘要: 针对目前复合骨修复材料中羟基磷灰石(HA)粒子和聚乳酸(PLA)基体之间相容性差的问题,合成了具有端乙烯基的PLA大分子单体,并将其与含有双键的硅烷偶联剂共聚,制备出一种新型相容剂。利用相容剂中硅烷偶联剂水解生成的羟基与HA粒子表面的羟基发生缩合反应,使得HA和相容剂之间发生化学键合作用,从而改善PLA基体和HA的相容性。利用傅立叶变换红外光谱表征所合成的原料和相容剂,证实为目标产物;利用扫描电镜观察复合材料的微观形貌,发现在复合材料中用相容剂处理过的HA和PLA界面比较模糊,粒子表面有丝状物出现,说明经过相容剂处理后,HA与PLA基体的相容性得到明显改善。

Abstract: In order to improve compatibility between hydroxyapatite particles and polylactide in composite bone repair materials, vinyl-terminated polylactide was synthesized.This vinyl-terminated polylactidc was reacted with double bond containing silane, a novel compatilizer was obtained. Through the condenration between the hydroxyl groups hydrolyzed from the silane and those on the hydroxyapatite, the compatibility of polylactidc and hydroxyapatitc was improved.Fouricr Transform Infrared Spectra confirmed the compatilizer possessing designed structure. Scanning Electron Microscope photographs showed that in the composite containing the compatilizer, the border between polylactide and hydroxya-patite became smeared,which was the evidence of improved compatibility.
