反应挤出制备PE-HD/甘蔗渣木塑复合材料

摘要: 采用在高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)与甘蔗渣粉复合体系中直接添加马来酸配(MAH),通过反应挤出制备了木塑复合材料。并与添加硅烷偶联剂(γ一氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷)、钛酸酯偶联剂[异丙基三(硬脂酰基)钛酸酯〕两种不同改性剂制备的复合材料作比较,对比了3种复合材料性能的优异。结果表明,MAH在挤出过程中发生了反应性接枝,相对于γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、异丙基三(硬脂酰基)钛酸酯,MAH更能较好地改善PE-HD与甘蔗渣之间的相容性。添加6%的MAH使材料拉伸强度提高了120%,冲击强度提高了24%,吸水率降低到0.5%。

Abstract: Malefic anhydride(MAH)was introduced into the reactive extrusion system of PE-HD/bagasse, and properties of resulted product were compared with those resulted by two other coupling agents, amino-silane and isopropyl triisostearoyl titanate. It was found that the grafting of MAH occurred during the extrusion, and consequently the compatibility between PE-HD and bagasse was improved. With addition of 6% MAH,the tensile strength of the composites increased by 120%,impact strength by 24%,and water uptake reduced to 0. 5%.
