Research on Flame Retardance of 10,10'-(5H,5H)-SPI-obiphenophosphazinium Chloride in ABS

摘要: 介绍了10,10'-(5H, 5'H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物作为阻燃剂的理沦依据、制备方法,采用均匀试验设计方法探讨10,10'-(5H, 5'H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物在丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中作为阻燃剂的阻燃特性,用SPSS统计软件对其力学性能影响因素和氧指数进行了回归分析。结果表明,ABS/110,10'-(5H, 5'H)一双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物/氢氧化铝质量比为100 /22 /18时,复合材料的拉伸强度为32.80 MPa,冲山强度为24.7KJ/m2缺口冲击强度为9.02KJ/m2数为26.1%;水平燃烧等级达到I级;垂直燃烧等级达到FV-0级。实验表明10,10'-(5H, 5'H)-双螺磷杂吖嗪氯化物具有理想的阻燃特性,综合性能较好。

Abstract: A flame retardant,10,10'-(5H,5H)-Spirobiphenophosphazinium chloride was prepared,its effects on the flame retardance and mechanical properties of ABS/Al(OH)3 composites were explored via regressive analysis of the data from a uniform design experiments using SPSS software. When the weight ratio of ABS, 10,10'-(5H,5H)-spirobiphcnophosphazinium, and Al(OH)3 in the composite was 100 /22 /18,excellent comprehensive properties were obtained.The notched,non-notched impact strengths, and tensile strength were 9.02KJ/m2 2.80 MPa, respectively. The oxygen index was 26. 1,horizontal firing ranked I,and vertical firing ranked FV-0.
