连续本体法制备ABS树脂工艺优化研究

Study on Technological Optimization for ABS Resin Prepared by Continuous Bulk Polymerization

摘要: 利用自主研发的串联管式平推流本体丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)中试装置,以现有的中抗冲牌号产品为基础,通过改变反应温度、引发剂和链转移剂加入量等工艺参数,研究产品的接枝率、相对分子质量、橡胶粒径等微观性能的变化对产品冲击性能的影响,进而实现通过优化工艺条件来提升产品性能的目的。结果表明,经过优化后,产品冲击强度由160 J/m提高到221 J/m。

Abstract: ABS resin was synthesized by continuous bulk polymerization in a selfdeveloped plug flow reactor, and effects of process parameters including reaction temperature, concentration of initiator, concentration of chain transfer agent on the grafting ratio, molecular weight and particle size of the resultant ABS resin were investigated. The relationship between impact strength and microstructure was also studied. On the basis of the results, the synthetic technology for ABS was optimized, and the impact strength of ABS products was improved from 160 J/m to 221 J/m.
