摘要: 沦述了将数宇滤波技术应用于失重式计量加料控制系统,以提高挤出过程中挤出流量的在线测量精度;同时介绍了失重式计量加料系统的机械结钩及其控制原理,详细说明限幅一递推平均滤波算法在失重加料控制系统中对挤出流量所进行的数值处理,并通过复合板材挤出过程中测得的在线挤出流量数值得到验证。

Abstract: Tigital filtering technology was applied to weight-loss metering feeding system in order to improve the accuracy of on-line flux-measuring in extrusion process. The mechanical structure and controlling mechanism of the weight-loss metering were introduced. Limiting-recursive average filtering algorithms was employed to control the extrusion flux through the weight-loss metering system, which was verified by the on-line flux measuring in composite sheet extrusion.
