摘要: 对比了普通注射试样和振动注射试样晶型及力学性能的差别。研究了振动频率、振动压力对聚酰胺6力学性能和晶型的影响。结果表明,振动试样的冲击强度和拉伸强度比未振动试样有所提高;通过广角X射线衍射测试,实验结果表明振动作用会使聚酰胺6的γ晶型减少,更有利于α晶型的生成。

Abstract:

The physics properties of polyamide 6 samples by regular and vibration injection moldings were compared in this paper. Effects of vibration frequency and vibration pressure on the physics properties and crystal morphology of polyamide 6 were studied. The tensile strength of samples obtained by vibration injection molding was higher than that by regular one. The crystal structure was characterized using WAXD. The γ form of polyamide 6 was decreased by vibration injection molding.
