注射速率对芯层熔体前沿冲破的影响

摘要: 芯层熔体前沿冲破是夹芯注射模塑常见的缺陷之一。利用Moldflow软件,模拟分析壳层和芯层熔体注射速率对芯层熔体前沿冲破的影响,探讨熔体假塑性、注射速率和芯层熔体前沿冲破之间的关系。实验表明,对于本文涉及的壳/芯层物料组合,芯层熔体注射速率的提高对前沿冲破的影响随物料组合而异,而壳层熔体注射速率的提高均降低前沿冲破趋势。

Abstract: The core-melt breakthrough was one of common flaw of sandwich injection molding. By means of the software of Moldflow Plastics Insight, the effect of injection rate of core-melt and skin-melt on the tendency of core-melt breakthrough were simulated, and the relation of pseudoplasticity, injection rate and core-melt breakthrough were discussed. It was found that for materials association this paper, the effect of injection rate of core-melt on core-melt breakthrough was different as the materials association was different, while increasing of injection rate of skin-melt even reduced the tendency of core-melt breakthrough.
