PBT基多相导电体系的制备与性能研究

摘要: 以导电炭黑(CB)和多壁碳纳米管(MWNTs)为导电组分,以聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯(PBT)为基体,用熔融共混的方法分别制备了两相复合材料PBT / CB、PBT/MWNTs和三相复合材料PBT /CB/MWNTs。研究发现,MWNTs和CB在PBT基体中产生了协同效应,形成了互连结构的导电网络,有效地降低了体系的渗滤阈值,提高了其导电性能;在总的填充量一致的情况下,少量MWNTs的加入,有效地提升了材料的力学性能;同时,复合体系中加入MWNTs后,复合材料的储能模量有所提高。

Abstract: Carbon black and carbon nanotubes were introduced into polybutylene terephthalate resulting in binary composites of PBT/CB and PBT/MWNTs and ternary composite of PBT/CB/MWNTs via melt-blending. The synergistic effect of MWNTs and CB on the properties of the composites was investigated. When adding MWNTs to PBT/CB composites, the percolation threshold for the occurring of conducting network shifted to lower filler contents, resulting in a enhanced conductivity.
