基于关联度及Kriging模型的注塑成型稳健优化设计研究

摘要: 注塑成型过程的参数设计是一影响因素多、非线性强的优化问题。因此,对该类问题的研究较多,但在已有的研究中,很少考虑随机因素波动对成型质量的影响。针对该问题,选取最大翘曲变形量为成型质量指标,提出了基于关联度及Kriging模型的注塑成型过程的稳健优化方法,该方法在满足成型质量要求的前提下,能自动调整sigma的水平进行稳健优化。优化设计的结果表明该方法提高了最大翘曲量的Sigma水平;通过数值模拟及实际注塑试验,表明该方法有效地提高了塑件的尺寸公差。

Abstract: As the parameters of injection moulding is an optimum problem of multi influencing factors and strong nonlinear, the study on optimum design of injection moulding is developed early. It wasn’t considered that random factors influence the molding quality in existing study. Aiming at this problem, the maximum warpage quantity is selected as a measurement of molding quality, and the method of robust design is provided based on relation degree and Kriging model. Under the quality limit of injection moulding, it can adjust the sigma level in the process of robust optimum automatically. The result of optimum design shows the improved sigma level in maximum warpage. And the dimension tolerance of plastic product is improved by this method, according to CAE and actual injection moulding.
