车用长臂PBT灯架防翘曲注射浇口设计分析

摘要: 分析了影响长臂类零件注射成型过程中翘曲变形的主要因素,提出并结合实例研究了采用多浇口注射形式减小制件翘曲变形量的方法。以一车用PBT长臂灯架的注射浇口设计为例,采用数值模拟技术分别研究了采用均布三浇口和对称二浇口注射成型时,由冷却和收缩不均引起的翘曲变形规律。结果表明,对于长臂灯架类零件,采用三浇口方式更有利于减小翘曲变形量,在模具设计过程中采用模拟技术是提高模具设计质量,优化注射工艺的重要手段。

Abstract: The principal factors affecting the warpage of long-armed product during plastic injection process were discussed. With a practical case ,an approach to decrease the warapge degree of the product by means of using multi-gates is introduced. Taken one vehicle used long armed PBT lamp holder as an sample, the rule of warpage caused by uneven cooling and shrinkage with two or three gates injection was studied respectively with numerical simulation method. The result shows that three gates injection molding is more reasonable to decrease warpage for this type of product. It is an significant way to use simulation method during design stage to improve mold design quality and optimize injection process.
