注塑保压曲线的优化设计与分析

Optimal Design and Analysis of Pressure Holding Curve During Injection Molding Process

摘要: 针对空调温控器下壳体这类注塑模具在注射成型时产生的过大变形缺陷,采用多因素田口试验法,再运用Moldflow软件对温控器下壳体进行分析、模拟,并观察可能发生的缺陷,进行优化设计。结果表明,最佳工艺参数组合模具温度为60 ℃、熔体温度为230 ℃、保压压力为60 MPa、保压时间为20 s;且在最佳工艺参数下塑件的最大翘曲变形量得到显著改善,翘曲变形量减少了0.036 mm。

Abstract: To resolve the problem of excessive deformation generating in the injection-molded lower casing of temperature controller of an air conditioner, the lower casing was analyzed by a multi-response Taguchi method and then simulated by a Moldflow software. The results indicated that the optimum combination of processing parameters included a mold temperature of 60 ℃, a melt temperature of 230 ℃, a packing pressure of 60 MPa and a holding time of 20 s. The maximum warping deformation was significantly suppressed to decrease by 0.036 mm when the lower casing was injection molded with these optimum process parameters.
