Design of Injection Molds for a Sequentially Injection-molded Auto Front Bumper

摘要: 通过Moldflow分析了汽车前保险杠成型工艺条件,模拟了塑料熔体进浇位置,采用针阀式顺序阀热流道技术进行顺序注塑,实现了熔体平衡填充模具型腔;采用三级内分型顶出结构实现了制品自动化顶出,生产效率提升,有效地保证了前保险杠的生产品质。

Abstract: A Moldflow software was used to analyze the injection molding conditions for auto front bumper production and also to simulate the injection gate distribution for the injection mold. The balance injection molding process was realized by use of the needle valve hot runner sequential injectionmolding technology. A threestep ejection for inner lateral structure was adopted to achieve automatic ejection with the high production efficiency and quality for the auto front bumper.
