Studies on PC/ABS Alloys with Lower Gloss

摘要: 选用牌号分别为KS-TD-00201、KS-TD-00202、BMAT和AX-8900的4种不同消光剂与聚碳酸酯(PC)、丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)共混制备汽车内饰件用合金材料。对4种消光剂的消光效果及其对合金综合性能的影响进行了研究,同时,比较了各种消光剂的价格。结果表明,4种消光剂都有较好的消光效果。KS-TD-00201和KS-TD-00202对PC/ABS合金的力学性能基本无影响,BMAT会导致合金的冲击强度大幅下降,AX-8900则导致合金材料模量降低较多;同时KS-TD-00201和KS-TD-00202的价格较低,为性价比较好的消光剂。

Abstract: Four kinds of gloss-reducing agents were introduced into PC/ABS blends used for inner decorative articles of automobile. The effects of these agents in gloss reducing and mechanical properties of the blends were compared. It was found that all the four were effective in gloss-reducing. BMAT was harmful to the impact strength, AX8900 could lower the modules. KS-TD-00201 and KS-TD-00202 had no effects on the mechanical properties and were of low price, consequently should be selected.
