无异氰酸酯聚氨酯的合成与表征

Synthesis and Characterization of Non-isocyanate Polyurethane

摘要: 提出一种无异氰酸酯聚氨酯的制备方法,即以1,6-六亚甲基二氨基甲酸甲酯(HDU)、聚乙二醇400(PEG400)或聚醚二元醇3000(EPO3000)为原料,通过酯交换反应合成无异氰酸酯聚氨酯。合成产物用红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱以及凝胶色谱进行表征。结果表明,所得产物为聚氨酯。最后,通过实验得到最佳合成条件,即HDU与EPO3000摩尔比为1:1,180 ℃下反应1 h,最终得到的聚氨酯的重均相对分子质量为8.5×104。

Abstract: A preparation method of isocyanate-free polyurethane was proposed using dimethylhexane-1,6-dicarbamate (HDU) as a curing agent. The structure of the obtained polyurethane was confirmed by means of IR, NMR, and GPC. When the molar ratio of HDU to polyether glycol 3000 was 1:1, the reaction temperature was 180 ℃, a weight-average molecular weight of 8.5×104 was obtained after 1 hour.
