摘要: 研究了在加工温度、螺杆转速、喂料速度等加工工艺相同的情况下,不同螺杆构型对玻璃纤维增强PA66/PA6合金产品力学性能的影响。结果表明:合理的螺杆构型可以得到力学性能优良的玻璃纤维增强PA66/PA6合金产品。通过对螺杆构型的调整,玻璃纤维增强PA66/PA6合金产品的拉伸强度、弯曲强度、冲击强度分别由56MPa、100MPa、64J/m提高至169MPa、238MPa、136J/m。

Abstract: In this study the effect of screw configuration on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PA66/PA6 alloy at given processing temperature, screw speed, and feed speed was investigated. By adjusting the screw configuration, the tensile, bending, and impact strengths of the glass fiber reinforced PA66/PA6 alloy were increased from 56 MPa, 100 MPa, and 64 J/m to 169 MPa, 238 MPa, and 136 J/m, respectively.
