带把双色塑料杯的注塑模设计

摘要: 针对带把双色水杯内外层包覆结构的特点,采用转盘式双色注塑机成型,设计了单件两腔的转盘式绝热延长喷嘴的双色注塑模,并详细阐述了该模具的总体结构及工作过程。在该模具中,水杯内层采用整体型腔,外层采用哈夫型腔,利用液压机构实现哈夫块的开与合;在定模的半成品成型区域采用瓣合滑块来缩短其型腔高度,利用弹簧斜导柱机构来实现瓣合滑块的开与合。实践表明,该模具动作可靠、成本较低,用该模具生产出的产品品质较好。

Abstract: A two-cavity, two-component injection mould with turn plate adiabatic extension nozzle was designed for production of two-color handled cup. The key issues of the design, structure and working process of the mould were introduced. The inner of the cup was molded in a whole cavity and the outer was molded in half-type cavity. The half split blocks were moved by hydraulic mechanism. The half split sliding blocks were used to shorten the height of cavity of semi product and the blocks were moved by slanted guide pillar core pulling mechanism. It was proved that the movement of the mold was reliable with low cost and the quality of the products was good.
