摘要: 采用乳液聚合技术合成了一系列配比不同的α-甲基苯乙烯和丙烯腈共聚物粉料(α-MSAN),将其与聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)熔融共混,利用透射电镜(TEM)和动态力学黏弹谱仪(DMA)考察了PMMA/α-MSAN共混物的相容性。结果表明,当α-MSAN共聚物中丙烯腈含量为15 %~25 %时,α-MSAN与PMMA形成相容体系,其相容性随丙烯腈含量的增加而变好;当丙烯腈含量大于30%时,共混物均为不相容体系。

Abstract: α-methylstyrene-acrylonitrile (α-MSAN) copolymers were synthesized by emulsion polymerization and was blended with polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) via melt blending. The compatibility of PMMA/α-MSAN blends was investigated using transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA). It was found that when the acrylonitrile contents in α-MSAN was between 15 % and 25 %, PMMA/α-MSAN blends were compatible, and the compatibility became better with increasing acrylonitrile content. When acrylonitrile content was more than 30 %, PMMA/α-MSAN blends became incompatible.
