摘要: 采用1,3-双(2-噁唑啉)基苯(MPBO)与聚酰胺6(PA6)进行熔融扩链反应,考察了MPBO用量对PA6力学性能、流变性能和结晶性能的影响。在240 ℃条件下,当MPBO用量在2.0%时,MPBO对PA6的扩链效果最佳,PA6的数均相对分子质量从1.4×104提高到了2.5×104,其拉伸强度、断裂伸长率和特性黏度均有一定程度的提高,熔体流动速率明显降低;MPBO对PA6有显著的扩链效果,但是同时也导致PA6结晶度和结晶温度有所下降。

Abstract: Chain-extension of polyamide6 (PA6) was carried out by reacting with 2,2'-(1,3-phenylene)bis(2-oxazoline) (MPBO) in melt. The optical chain-extension was found when the loading of MPBO was 2.0 % at 240 ℃. After chain-extension, the number-average molecular weight of PA6 increased from 1.4×104 to 2.5×104, the tensile strength, elongation at break, and intrinsic viscosity increased, the melt flow index dropped. However, crystallinity and crystallization temperature were decreased.
