摘要: 建立了注射模浇口位置的优化模型,提出了一种采用有限元模型转换代替几何模型转换的方法,克服了几何模型转换不足,实现了有限元模型从CAD系统到CAE系统的方便快捷的"零失真"转换,利用MOLDFLOW软件进行模拟,获取训练样本,运用参数优化系统对多型腔情况下的浇口的位置进行了优化研究,并给出了实例。

Abstract: An optimization model of gate location is established for injection molding. An alternative finite element model transformation for geometry model transformation was formulated to overcome the shortcomings of geometry model transformation. As a result the finite element model was successfully transformed from CAD system to CAE system in "zero distortion". The training-data were acquired through the MOLDFLOW simulation. With the aid of optimization system, the gate locations for multi-cavity molding were determined. A simple case was illustrated.
