摘要:

根据捷豹轿车的扭曲U形薄片状电镀装饰条的结构特点,设计了热流道转冷流道的浇注系统;针对传统的潜伏浇口在脱模时浇道凝料刮模具产生塑料粉的问题,设计了一种在斜顶下进胶的潜伏浇口;为解决塑件端部电镀时出现过度电镀的问题设计了圆弧形的分流道。此外,根据塑件结构设计了四面倾斜式斜导柱侧抽芯机构。经检验,所设计的模具结构合理,动作可靠,很好地满足了塑件成型和电镀要求。

Abstract:

Taking an electroplated plastic decoration strip in the Jaguar car as a research object, this paper reported a design for the injection mold of the decoration strip with a twisted U shape. According to the structure of the decoration strip,the gating system with hot runners transferring to the cold ones was designed. In the traditional submarine gate, plastic powders are easy to emerge when the runner setting is ejected. To address this problem, a new submarine gate under a lifter was designed. In order to deal with the problem of over?plating to the end of the plastic part, an arc?shaped runner was designed. In addition, a four-side tilting slide was designed on the basis of the structure of the plastic par. The result indicated that this structure was reasonable, reliable and could meet the requirement for practical production.
