Abstract: The develop stratagem of China's PVC pipes industry was discussed. The challenge and opportunity in this industry was analyzed. It was indicated that we must change the development mode and optimize the structure and follow the path of technique innovation. We must stop blindly expanding production capacity and avoid repeat investment on low level products. The suggestions about the market expansion and new products development of PVC pipes industry was proposed.
