加工温度对氯化聚氯乙烯凝胶化度及力学性能的影响

Effect of Processing Temperature on Gelation Degree and Mechanical Properties of CPVC

摘要: 采用差示扫描量热法测定了不同加工温度时氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)的凝胶化度,并对其凝胶化度与材料力学性能的关系进行了研究。结果表明,加工温度从170 ℃升高到180 ℃时,CPVC的凝胶化度由47.2 %增至76.5 %,当凝胶化度为61.9 %时,力学性能最优。

Abstract: The gelation degree of CPVC in deferent processing temperatures were tested using DSC, and the relationship between the gelation degree and mechanical properties was studied. It showed that when the processing temperature increased from 170 to 180 ℃, the gelation degree increased from 47.2 % to 76.5 %. The CPVC exhibited good mechanical properties when the gelation degree was 61.9 %.
