复合成核剂对PET结晶速率和特性黏数的影响

摘要: 采用差示扫描量热分析仪和乌氏黏度计研究了不同成核剂及其复配对聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)结晶速率和特性黏数的影响。结果表明,复合成核剂对于提高PET成核结晶速率[半结晶时间(t1/2)为32.3~45.3 s]的效果优于单一成核剂(t1/2为42.9~57.9 s);同时部分复合成核剂能有效减小PET特性黏数的降低幅度。

Abstract: The influence of different nucleating agents on the crystallization rate and intrinsic viscosity of poly (ethylene terephthalate) was studied using differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and Ubbelohde viscometer, respectively. It showed that hybrid nucleating agents(half-crystallization time was 32.3~45.3 s) had advantages over single nucleating agents(half-crystallization time was 42.9~57.9 s) in promoting crystallization, and a few hybrid nucleating agents performed well in reducing the decrease of intrinsic viscosity.
