摘要: 采用N-甘氨酸基马来酰氨酸(GMA)与4A分子筛复合改性聚丙烯(PP),研究了GMA改性PP(PP-GMA)、GMA和4A分子筛改性PP(PP-GMA-4A)的力学性能。通过差示量热扫描仪、X射线衍射仪及偏光显微镜测试并表征了改性后PP的成核诱导效果及结晶形态。结果表明,改性后PP的结晶温度明显提高,球晶晶粒细化;通过对改性后PP体系的力学性能测试,研究表明,改性后PP的冲击强度、弯曲强度、拉伸强度较纯PP分别提高160 %、47 %、2 %。

Abstract: Polypropylene (PP) was modified with N-glycine amide maleic acid(GMA) and GMA/4A, and the crystallixation behavior and mechanical properties of the systems were studied using DSC, XRD, and PLM. The crystallization temperature was increased remarkably and the spherulites became smaller through the modification. At the same time, the impact, flexural, and tensile strengths were improved by 160 %, 47%, and 2 %, respectively.
