注塑机驱动系统不同联接方式的响应研究

Response on Drive System of Plastic Injection Molding Machine for Different Joint Ways

摘要: 针对高速度、高精度和低噪声之间的矛盾,提出了对注塑机伺服电机和变量泵联接方式的结构改进设计。用当量扭振系统的理论对两质量和三质量系统进行了分析,对扭振系统进行了仿真并进行了运行实验。结果表明,电机和泵同轴的两质量系统有利于提高响应速度。

Abstract: The system response was determined by the joint way between servo motor and variable pump. In order to achieve a compromise among high speed, high precision, and low noise, a new joint way of the motor and variable pump was proposed. Dual-mass and three-mass systems were analyzed by theory of torsion vibration system. The torsion vibration characteristic was simulated and the experiment was carried out. It was found that the dual mass system has better response.
