45 °弯头管件注塑模设计

摘要: 以1模8腔、1模4腔和1模2腔3类45 °弯头管件规格为例,分别对其注塑模具中产品出数、管件排列方式、模具的结构特点和动作步骤作了阐述。小规格45 °弯头管件,为了增加出模数,提高生产效率,采用竖排式斜导柱抽芯模具结构;大规格45 °弯头管件,为了便于模具加工与制造,保证模具质量,便于减小生产机型,减少投资、注塑成型成本,采用横排式套筒油缸抽芯模具结构。

Abstract: Taking the design of injection molds for 45 ° elbow pipe fitting with 8,4, and 2 cavities as the examples, described the number and arrangement of parts in one mold, the structural characteristics and action step of the mold were explored. The best design was found to be: for small size parts, using vertically arranged angle guide pillars; for large size parts, using horizontally arranged sleeve corepulling structure.
