聚丙烯基木塑复合材料的老化性能研究

Study on Aging Property of Polypropylene/Wood Flour Composites

摘要: 以聚丙烯(PP)作为基体,以木粉作为填料,并分别加入炭黑、钛白粉、氧化铁红等,用注射成型法制备了PP基木塑复合材料(WPC),用烘箱热氧老化法和氙灯老化法研究了颜料对WPC老化性能的影响。结果表明, 随着老化时间的增加,无论是否加入颜料,均出现了WPC的拉伸强度和氧化诱导时间减小,熔体流动速率和色差增大的现象;在烘箱老化前和老化后,加入了钛白粉和氧化铁红的WPC的拉伸强度、氧化诱导时间和色差均较小,熔体流动速率均较大;在氙灯老化条件下,加入了颜料的WPC老化后的拉伸强度、熔体流动速率、颜色和氧化诱导时间的变化速度均较小。

Abstract: Polypropylene/wood flour composites (WPC) were prepared via injection molding, containing carbon black, titanium dioxide, and iron oxide as pigments. Effect of the pigments on aging property of WPC was studied through thermal-oxidative aging in oven and xenon lamp aging. It showed that with increasing aging time of WPC, the tensile strength and oxidation induction time decreased, and melt flow rate and color change increased with or without pigments. Before and after aging in the oven, the tensile strength, oxidation induction time and color change was lower for the WPC with titanium dioxide or iron oxide as pigment, and the melt flow rate of WPC was larger. In xenon lamp aging condition, the change speeds of tensile strength, melt flow rate, color and oxidation induction time of WPC with the pigments was lower than that of WPC without the pigments.
