聚丙烯/改性长石复合材料的制备、性能及结构表征

Preparation,Properties and Structure Characterization of Polypropylene/Modified Feldspar Composites

摘要: 以新疆地产哈密长石为原料,对长石进行湿法表面改性。以改性长石作为填料,制备了聚丙烯(PP)/改性长石复合材料,对其性能及微观结构进行了测试和表征。界面接触角测试表明,经改性后界面接触角明显增大,表面有机憎水,具有亲油性,与FTIR分析结果相吻合。力学性能测试表明,与PP基体相比,当5 % 改性长石加量时, PP/改性长石复合材料的最大拉伸强度提高了3.78 % ,冲击强度提高了3.40%。TGA分析表明PP/改性长石复合材料比PP基体提高了6.47 ℃,表明其热稳定性得以提高。DSC分析表明,较之纯PP,PP/改性长石复合材料的结晶度有了不同程度的提高,与XRD分析相互印证。

Abstract: Hami feldspar was modified through surface wet method, which was used in polypropylene(PP)/modified feldspar composites. The properties and structure of PP/modified feldspar composites were characterized and analyzed. Interface contact angle measurement showed that the surface of modified feldspar particle was hydrophobic. When the loading of modified feldspar was 5 %, the tensile and impact strengths of PP/modified feldspar composites increased by 3.78 %, and 3.40 %, respectively, compared with those of neat PP. TGA showed that the heat decomposition temperature of the composites was 6.47 ℃ higher than that of neat PP. DSC determination indicated that modified feldspar acted as nucleation agent which promoted the crystallization rate and increased the crystallinity of PP.
