转速及温度对PE-HD/PP/SGF管材分子取向的影响

Effect of Rotate Speed and Temperature on the Molecular Orientation of PE-HD/PP/SGF Pipes

摘要: 利用自行设计制造的剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置生产出了双向增强的短玻璃纤维/高密度聚乙烯/聚丙烯(PE-HD/PP/SGF)管材,研究分析了该装置中剪切套筒的旋转转速和剪切应力场段的温度对体系分子取向的影响。结果表明,剪切拉伸双向复合应力场挤管装置中剪切套筒旋转转速的有效形成可有效促进PE-HD/PP/SGF体系分子的取向,改善体系分子的取向度,但随着该转速的加快和该装置剪切应力场段温度的升高,PE-HD/PP/SGF体系分子的取向改善逐渐变弱,而解取向效应变得更加严重。

Abstract: By shearing-drawing two-dimensional compound stress field pipe-extrusion die developed by the authors, two-dimensional reinforcement short glass fiber/high density polyethylene/polypropylene (PE-HD/PP/SGF) pipes were extruded. The molecule orientation of the pipes affected by the rotate speed of shearing sleeve and temperature of shearing stress field were studied in this paper. The results indicate that the molecular orientation of PE-HD/PP/SGF pipes was improved by the circumrotation of shearing sleeve. But the improvement dies down gradually along with the rise of the rotate speed and the temperature. The molecular disorientation of the PE-HD/PP/SGF pipes becomes more serious simultaneously.
