高密度聚乙烯结构发泡塑料拉伸本构关系的研究

摘要: 为了提高高密度聚乙烯(PE-HD)结构发泡工程的长期稳定性,在Sherwood-Frost模型的基础上,建立了包括应变率和密度的PE-HD结构发泡材料的本构关系,依据发泡塑料的拉伸应力-应变曲线,用数值方法拟合了该模型中的相关参数。验证结果表明,提出的本构方程能反映材料的应力-应变关系。

Abstract: In order to improve the long-term stability of high-density polyethylene (PE-HD) structural foaming engineering, the constitutive relation of PE-HD structural foam including strain rate and density was established on the basis of Sherwood-Frost model. Based on the tensile stress and strain curve of plastic foamed, the related parameters were fitted via a numerical method. A comparison between the calculated and experimental values indicated that the proposed constitutive model may describe the stress-strain relationship of PE-HD.
