超临界CO2辅助聚丙烯固相接枝丙烯腈的制备

Preparation of Acrylonitrile Grafted Polypropylene by Solid Phase Grafting Aided with Supercritical Carbon Dioxide

摘要: 在超临界CO2条件下,以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,制备聚丙烯接枝丙烯腈的接枝物(PPgAN)。讨论了反应温度,反应时间,反应压力以及单体用量对超临界条件下接枝率的影响,并且对接枝物进行了红外表征。结果表明,通过超临界CO2辅助的方法对PP进行接枝反应,在反应温度为140 ℃、反应时间为 5 h、AN用量为30 %时,接枝率最大可以达到18.45 %。产物的接枝率明显高于采用溶液法时的15 %。

Abstract: Dicumyl peroxide was used as an initiator in the reaction of grafting PP onto AN in a medium of supercritical carbon dioxide. IR was used to characterize the polymer. When the reaction temperature was 140 ℃,reaction time was 5 h, and AN content was 30 %,the grafting rate was 18.45 %, which was better than solution method.
