碳纤维复合材料的回收与再利用现状

摘要: 综述了目前碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)回收再利用的主要方法,包括物理法、化学法和能量回收法,其中化学法是应用最为广泛的方法,其中包括氧化流化床法、超临界流体法和热解法。对这些方法的工艺、特点和应用情况进行了介绍,最后分析了CFRP回收和再利用存在的主要问题和应该采取的对策。

Abstract: Currently, the physical, chemical and energic recovery are the main methods in recycling and reuse of carbon fiber reinforced plastics (CFRP). In particular, the chemical method is the best commercial way, which includes oxidation fluidized bedding, supercritical fluids,and pyrolysis methods. The technology, features, and application of these methods were introduced, the main problems in the recycling process and the practicable measures were analyzed.
