高密度聚乙烯油桶吹胀过程的非等温数值模拟

Non-isothermal Simulation of the Inflation Process in Extrusion Blow Molding of High Density Polyethylene Drum

摘要: 为了研究高密度聚乙烯(PEHD)油桶的吹胀过程,用Polyflow软件数值计算了PEHD油桶的非等温吹胀过程,研究了吹胀压力对PEHD油桶吹胀过程的影响。结果表明,吹塑制品的温度随着吹胀压力的增加而减小;吹胀压力越大,接触时间越长;吹胀压力越大,分型线处壁厚越大。综合考虑生产效率和分型线处物料堆积的问题,吹胀压力宜选择0.6 MPa左右。

Abstract: The computational fluid dynamics software Polyflow was used to simulate the inflation process of extrusion blow molding under nonisothermal condition. The influence of inflation pressure was analyzed. It showed that the lower crystallinity degree resulted from higher cooling rate. The contact time increased with increasing inflation pressure. The weld seam weakness was more serious with a higher inflation pressure. Considering the comprehensive effect of the efficiency and weld seam weakness, the appropriate inflation pressure was around 0.6 MPa.
