摘要: 采用热老化烘箱法和电导法研究了一种新型液体Na/Zn热稳定剂在聚氯乙烯中的应用,通过对热稳定性、力学性能、热分解动力学性能的研究,结果表明:当Na/Zn=1:1时,聚氯乙烯热稳定时间达到50 min,表现出优良的长期热稳定性;添加该热稳定剂的聚氯乙烯软制品具有优良的力学性能;液体Na/Zn热稳定剂的加入使聚氯乙烯体系的稳定性显著增强。

Abstract: A highly efficient and low cost novel liquid Na/Zn thermal stabilizer was developed in this work. Its application in poly(vinyl chloride)(PVC) was investigated by Heat aging test and conductivity test. In comparison with blank PVC, the thermal stability time of PVC films was extended to 50 min though adding Na/Zn thermal stabilizer at a Na/Zn mass ratio of 1/1. The dynamic thermogravimetric analysis also confirmed that the Na/Zn stabilizer presented an obvious improvement of stability on thermal degradation. Besides, the Na/Zn stabilizer provided soft PVC with excellent mechanical properties.
