纳米SiO2增强增韧聚丙烯材料的制备

The Preparation of Reinforced and Toughened Polypropylene by nano-SiO2

摘要: 纳米SiO2因本身粒径小且具有较高的表面能,极易团聚,很难与聚合物基体形成牢固的结合。本文采用硅烷偶联剂和分散剂复合处理方法对纳米SiO2进行表面处理,先利用母粒法制备出纳米SiO2母粒,然后以马来酸酐接枝PP作为相容剂,通过共混挤出制备PP/ SiO2复合材料。结果表明,通过此方法制备出的复合材料拉伸强度可达44.7MPa,缺口冲击强度可达21.9kJ/m2,相比纯PP拉伸强度提高了49%,缺口冲击强度提高了158%,可以代替ABS应用在汽车、家电等行业。

Abstract: It is difficult for nano-SiO2 to combine with polymer to form a strong combine, due to small size,high surface energy and easy to reunite.In this thesis,firstly,PP/SiO2 masterbatches were prepared after the surface processing of nano-SiO2 with silane coupling agent and dispersant,then PP/SiO2 composite materials were prepared by extrusition with maleic anhydride grafted PP as compatilizers.The results showed that the tensile strength of composite materials up to 44.7MPa,the notched impact strength up to 21.9kJ/m2,which had increased by 49% and 158% compared with pure PP separately. Consequently,the composite materials can replace ABS in the automotive,household and other industries.
