PVC结构与静态热稳定性关系研究

Study on the relationship between structure and its static thermal properties of PVC

摘要: 研究了PVC结构与静态热稳定性能之间的关系。通过GPC、IR、NMR、SEM等测试分析手段表征了PVC的结构;采用烘箱法、刚果红测试法、TG分析法等测试研究了PVC静态热稳定性能。结果表明, PVC的分子量小、烯丙基氯及其间规结构含量越多,则其静态热稳定性能越差,相反则热稳定性能越好。不同测试手段所得的PVC的静态热稳定性是一致的。

Abstract: Study on the relationship between structure and its static thermal stability of PVC. Using GPC, IR, NMR and SEM tests to analyze its structure; And its static thermal stability is characterization by Oven method, Congo red test, TG and so on. The results showed that, the smaller the molecular weight, the more content of allyl chloride and higher ratio of syndiotatic structure, the pooer thermal stability of PVC. On the contrary, the thermal stability is better. And All the static thermal property test results are consistent.
