摘要: 研究了聚氯乙烯(PVC)润滑剂的树脂润滑性能(包括内润滑、主效外润滑及辅助外润滑性能)的系统测试评价方法,结果表明,通过用转矩流变仪在常规条件下测定常规用量不同润滑剂单独使用及与高性能主效树脂外润滑剂并用对PVC塑化时间的影响,并综合比较单独使用时对PVC塑化时间影响的程度及与高性能主效树脂外润滑剂的并用效应的类型(加和效应、协同效应或对抗效应)及强弱,即既可判别其树脂润滑功能,又可区分其性能高低。。

Abstract: This paper reported an investigation on systematic tests and evaluation methods for resin lubrication performance of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) lubricants. It was found that the resin lubrication functions, the internal lubrication, primary external lubrication and secondary external lubrication, and the efficiencies of these functions of PVC lubricants could be identified by determining their effects on the fusion time of PVC when used alone and in combination with a high-performance resin external lubricant at the common use level using a torque rheometer under the common processing condition, and comparing comprehensively the results.
