摘要: 通过用转矩流变仪测试塑化时间研究了聚乙烯蜡A-C 617A、硬脂酸钙(CaSt2)对聚氯乙烯(PVC)的树脂润滑特性,结果表明,A-C 617A是一种有效的主效树脂外润滑剂而CaSt2是一种有效的辅助树脂外润滑剂,两者并用具有明显的协同效应,A-C 617A及其与CaSt2的并用体系的树脂外润滑性能随总用量的增大而增大的趋势均在A-C 617A用量约1份(质量份数,下同)时发生走强转折;推测A-C 617A和CaSt2对PVC的树脂外润滑作用机理为:单独使用时,A-C 617A可铺展润湿PVC粒子阻碍其直接相互接触和摩擦,而CaSt2形成团块或反胶束,不能润湿PVC粒子;合并使用时,CaSt2可少量溶解于A-C 617A并吸附于A-C 617A-PVC粒子界面使其稳定性增强,与A-C 617A单独使用相比,阻碍了PVC粒子直接相互接触和摩擦的效能提高。

Abstract: Lubrication characteristics of polyethylene wax and calcium stearate (CaSt2) for poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) were investigated by measuring plasticizing time with a torque rheometer. The results indicated that polyethylene wax acted an effective primary resin external lubricant for PVC, and CaSt2 acted as an effective secondary resin external lubricant. There was a significant synergistic effect when these two lubricants were combined. The external lubricating performance of polyethylene wax and its combination with CaSt2 was enhanced with an increase of total amount of two lubricants, in which the fraction of polyethylene wax was fixed as 1 phr. The lubrication mechanisms can be deduced as follows: when the lubricant is used alone, polyethylene wax can spread over and wet the PVC particles to prevent them from contacting directly and friction with each other, but CaSt2 cannot wet PVC particles due to the formation of agglomerations and reverse micelles. On the other hand, the combination of these two lubricants can make CaSt2 dissolved slightly in polyethylene wax and then absorbed on the interface between PVC particles and polyethylene wax. As a result, the direct contact and friction between the PVC particles can be prevented effectively.
