摘要: 使用玄武岩纤维(BF)作为增强体制备了BF增强聚苯硫醚(PPS)复合材料,研究了BF增强PPS复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,以及不同体积分数的BF增强体、不同载荷与滑动速度对复合材料的摩擦磨损性能的影响。结果表明,引入BF能有效地提高了复合材料的摩擦磨损性能,复合材料的摩擦因数随BF体积分数的增加逐渐提高;复合材料的摩擦因数随载荷的增加逐渐降低,但磨损率增大。

Abstract: The friction and wear properties of basalt fiber (BF) reinforced polyphenylene sulfide composites were studied. It showed that the BF could effectively improve the friction and wear properties of composites, the friction coefficient decreased gradually, while wear rate increased with increasing fiber volume fraction.
