结构尺寸对精密塑件成型精度影响规律的数值模拟

Numerical Simulation of Effects of Structure Size on Molding Accuracy of Precision Injection Molded Plastics Parts

摘要: 在同一工艺条件下,以数值模拟分析为手段,研究了结构尺寸对精密塑件尺寸精度的影响。结果表明,对于塑件壁厚不均匀程度,塑件的截面长宽比和厚度影响较大,塑件的长度影响较小;经过正交试验和优化分析,使塑件结构尺寸满足精密塑件的设计要求。

Abstract: Based on the numerical simulation analysis,the influence of structure size on the dimensional accuracy of the precise injection molded plastics parts was studied in the same processing conditions.The study found that for plastics parts of inhomogeneous thickness,the aspect ratio of the cross section to the thickness played an important role,but the length played a moderate one.Through orthogonal experiments and optimization analysis,structure size injection molded met the design requirements of precise injection molded plastics parts.
