几种非离子型抗静电剂在聚丙烯薄膜中的应用研究

摘要: 选择单甘酯、硼酸酯、液态乙氧基胺和固态乙氧基胺4种非离子型抗静电剂与聚丙烯(PP)熔融混合制得抗静电薄膜,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪、电性能测试仪、接触角测试仪和摩擦因数仪分别对抗静电薄膜的表面结构、电阻率、水接触角和摩擦因数进行了表征。结果表明,在湿度为70 %时,单甘酯能使薄膜表面电阻从1016Ω降到1011Ω,液态乙氧基胺降到108Ω;在湿度为30 %时非离子型抗静电剂不具有抗静电效果,硼酸酯可使薄膜表面电阻降到1013Ω;非离子型抗静电剂的迁移、抗静电薄膜的接触角和摩擦因数不受环境湿度的影响。

Abstract: Antistatic film was prepared from PP, with monoglyceride, borate, liquid ethoxyamine, and solid ethoxyamine as additives. Propertis of antistatic PP film were characterized using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer, electric performance testing instrument, contact angle tester, and the friction coefficient testing instrument. It was found that monoglycerides made the surface resistance of the film dropped from 1016 Ω to 1011 Ω, and liquid ethoxyamine made it reduced to 108 Ω under conditions of humidity of 70 %. Nonionic antistatic agent in low humidity didn't have antistatic effectIts surface resistance was reduced to 1013 Ω in low humidity by using borate. The migration rate, the contact angle, and coefficient of friction were not affected by humidity.
