Research Progress of Heat Transfer Models of Rotational Molding Process

摘要: 首先介绍了研究滚塑工艺传热机理的重要性,分段说明了滚塑工艺的传热过程。详细阐述了国内外在建立和发展滚塑工艺传热模型方面的研究进展。然后对现有模型进行分类和比较,并分析了造成其误差的主要原因。最后对未来的研究工作进行了展望。

Abstract: In this paper, the importance of heat transfer mechanism in the rotational molding process was first introduced, and then heat transfer at every phase of rotational molding process was described. Both domestic and international research work on heat transfer model of rotational molding process were summarized. These models were categorized and compared, and their limitations were analyzed. Moreover, the future trend of research work was also prospected.
