摘要: 通过对挤出理论与能量热平衡的分析,提出了以塑料挤出机单耗为节能指标的计算公式,以直径65 mm单螺杆塑料挤出机为研究对象,并借助Origin数据分析软件,分别讨论了挤出机单耗与螺杆几何参数和加工工艺参数之间的关系。结果表明,各影响因素对单耗值的曲线关系中均存在最佳值,使高产率下挤出机单耗值最小。

Abstract: The calculation formulas for unit consumption were given by analyzing the extrusion theory and energy thermal balance of the plastic extruder. Relationship between the unit consumption and geometry parameters of screw and processing conditions was discussed with a Φ65 mm plastic single-screw extruder base as the study object, and the software Origin was employed. The study results showed that in the curve of relationship of influence factors on the unit consumption there was a best value for the plastic extruder, which made the unit consumption minimal under the high productivity.
