增塑剂对PA6性能影响的研究

摘要: 以二醋酸甘油酯(GP)、聚乙二醇400 (PEG400)、柠檬酸三乙酯(TEC)作为增塑剂,采用熔融共混法对聚酰胺6(PA6)进行增塑改性,并对其力学性能、结晶性能等进行了研究。结果表明,在相同用量下,TEC对PA6的增塑效果最优;当TEC用量为3 %(质量分数,下同)时,增塑后的PA6材料比未改性的拉伸强度变化不大,冲击强度提高了6倍,结晶度下降了21 %,综合性能最好。

Abstract: Polyamide 6(PA6) was plasticized by glycerol diacetate (GP), polyethylene glycol (PEG), and triethyl citrate (TEC). TEC showed a different plasticizing behavior compared to the other two plasticizers at the same dosage. When the amount of TEC was 3 %, the tensile strength decreased slightly, the impact strength increased 6 times, while the crystallinity of plasticized PA6 decreasd 21 % compared to neat PA6.
