注塑工艺对聚碳酸酯曲面透光件光学角偏差的影响

Effects of Injection Molding Process on Angular Deviation of Curved Transparent Polycarbonate Parts

摘要: 分析了注塑工艺参数、测试方位角和俯仰角对聚碳酸酯(PC)曲面薄壳透明制品光学角偏差的影响。考虑多方面影响机理,必须针对具体制品结构尺寸、材料、模具浇注系统和成型条件,才能获得最优成型工艺。塑化时,为保证熔体均匀并防止降解,螺杆转速宜在中速范围内,背压不宜过高(如4 MPa),储料余量不宜过多;注射熔体温度选择285 ℃左右,模具温度90 ℃以上,略微升高温度有利于流动和松弛,使制品结构均匀而减小角偏差;保压促进流动致密,但过高则容易产生流痕,适度延长保压时间可均化密度和应力,获得高光学性能;所制备样品角偏差值在8′以下,可满足一般透明件要求。

Abstract: The effect of injection molding parameters, observation azimuth angle, and pitching angle on the angular deviation of curved thin transparent polycarbonate product was analyzed. Mediate screw speed, higher back pressure(4 MPa)and lower scrap quantity were favorable for plasticizing melt. Higher injection melt temperature above 285 ℃ and mold temperature above 90 ℃ in sured flowability and molecular relaxation resulted in homogeneous microstructure with lower deviation angle. Longer packaging rendered better optical product with denser and lower stress, however, too high packaging pressure may induce flow trace. Deviation angle below 8′ was suitable for transparent products.
