3D打印材料的研究及发展现状

A Review on the Progress of 3D Printing Materials

摘要: 对3D打印材料进行了分类和论述,将3D打印材料分为有机高分子材料和无机材料两大类,前者包括丙烯腈苯乙烯丁二烯共聚物(ABS)、聚乳酸(PLA)、聚酰胺(PA)、光敏树脂以及水凝胶等;后者包括钛及钛合金、陶瓷和石膏等。分别阐述了其性能和优缺点以及在3D打印领域的应用现状,并对3D打印材料的发展前景进行了展望。

Abstract: The current 3D printing materials were categorized to two types: organic and inorganic materials, the former included acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, poly(lactic acid), polyamide resin, photosensitive resin and hydrogels; the latter included titanium alloy, ceramics, gypsum, etc. Furthermore, efforts were made on summarizing properties, advantages, and disadvantages of different types of 3D printing materials. The developing trend and perspective of 3D printing materials were also discussed.
