塑料阻氧管材阻氧性能影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors for Oxygen Permeability of Plastic Barrier Pipes

摘要: 研究了阻氧管材阻氧性能的影响因素,包括阻氧层乙烯乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)的乙烯含量、阻氧层壁厚、加工温度等。结果表明,EVOH的乙烯含量越低,阻氧性能越好;阻氧层壁厚和EVOH牌号相关,一般阻氧层壁厚为0.08~0.10 mm;EVOH层的加工温度对管材的阻氧性能影响不明显。

Abstract: The article reported the analysis of the influence factors for the oxygen permeability of oxygen barrier pipes, and these factors include the ethylene content of ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (EVOH), the wall thickness of oxygen barrier layer and the processing temperatures. The results indicated that the lower the ethylene content of EVOH, the better the oxygen barrier performance.There was a correlation between the wall thickness of oxygen barrier layer and EVOH brand. Generally,the thickness of barrier oxygen layer thickness was in the range of 0.08~0.10 mm. There was no significant influence observed from the processing temperature of EVOH layer on the oxygen barrier performance of the pipes.
