光学领域用双向拉伸聚酯基膜成型技术研究进展

摘要: 介绍了国内外光学级双向拉伸聚酯(BOPET)基膜成型技术的研究现状,重点综述了拉伸成型、涂布成型两类光学级BOPET基膜的研究进展,包括通过改进拉伸温度、拉伸倍率、拉伸速度及热定型温度等双向拉伸成型技术和引入表面涂覆技术的方式制备光学级BOPET基膜。最后,对光学级BOPET基膜的研究趋势进行了展望。

Abstract: This article reviewed the recent research and manufacturing progresses of optical grade bioriented stretching poly(ethylene terephthalate) (BOPET) film, and intensively introduced two class optical grade BOPET films processed by biaxially oriented and coating technologies. Moreover, the biaxially oriented processing technology in the improvement of stretching temperature, stretching ratio, stretching rate and heat setting temperature as well as the introduction of surface coating technology for the preparation of optical grade BOPET film were also introduced. Finally, the development trend of optical grade BOPET film was prospected.
